We take the “awkward” out for you, we’ll walk the entire home guiding you/your client on what buyers need to see. We’ll spare you those difficult conversations of cleanliness, cluttered spaces, or removing the afghan crocheted by grandma back in 1974! We’ll work with you/your client using existing personal belongings to offer your listing the best chance to appeal to buyers. Ensuring the home will be photo ready, ensuring remote controls, dog dishes, and the like don't make their photo bomb debut! After this consultation a list of staging suggestions will be sent to you to pass along to your client.

WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Home staging is preparing a home to sell by highlighting the best features to appeal to a variety of buyers. The best way to stage a home is to hire a professional who is certified and specializes in home design. Your client's home is now a product, it needs to stand out and be as apealing as possible in an extremely competitive market. We have the resources to look at their home with an objective eye and we can focus on what a buyer needs to see and feel when they walk through the home. A properly staged home can inspire a buyer to make an offer right away.
IN A GREAT HOUSEING MARKET, WHY DO I NEED TO STAGE?
Just because homes are selling quickly, it doesn't mean they sold for the amount it would have if it was profesionally staged. Homes that are staged by an HSR Certified Stager sell for on average of 10% more than homes that weren't. 
WHY CAN'T A SELLER STAGE THEIR OWN HOME?
As homeowners we are emotionally attached to our homes and it is difficut to see all the flaws. Your home needs to be looked at objectivly so it can be marketed and sold at it's full potential.
WHY IS A STAGING CONSULTATION SO IMPORTANT?
A professional stager is trained to view your client's home through the eyes of prospective buyers. We have the experience of knowing what it takes to market your property and we will provide you with details to create a pleasing and cohesive experience for those viewing their home.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONSULTATION?
You will receive a full evaluation of your client's home with recommendations of what needs to be done. If you and your client requested pricing on further staging services, you will receive these within the next few days. Together you may decide to implement the recommendations without us, or hire Delight In Designs to prepare their home for sale.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is an investment when you stage a home, but it can me minimal, and you may recoup the costs with the potential increase in your client's home sale price.
