"A house is not a home until your story is attached to it" is Jessica's mantra, she is passionate about truly knowing her clients, how they function in their space while sprinkling special touches of flair throughout her design. Being trained by the New York Art Institute has given Jessica the expertise to capture your style. Jess enjoys using her creativity when ever possible! Crosby serves on the Board for the Northeast Business Association as well as the Executive board of Rockford Professionals. She loves relaxing and spending time with her husband Jamie. 

Monica's creativity has enabled her to keep up with the current home fashion trends while expanding into new designs. She enthusiastically shares her diverse talent with many of our clients to make them their own DIY'ers! You will often find Monica teaching classes, assisting our clients in finding just the right treasure for their home, and loving her time at home with her husband Lance and adorable sons Lincoln and Theodore

Jennifer spent her first 33 career years as an elementary school teacher in lovely South Haven, MI. She loves a good shopping trip, hunting for bargains and beautiful design (Just the type of buyer you want on your side, heh?!). As a buyer for Delight in Designs she is always looking out for your best interest for price point and interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys doing mission work with her husband Eric, son and two Haitian daughters.

We are thrilled to have Cate join our team, her years of experience includes, outdoor spaces, new kitchen design as well as working for the Central Michigan Hall Of Fame decorating committee; She loves mixing old treasures with new to create cozy personal spaces! When Cate isn’t at Delight In Designs, you’ll find her at one of the great antique shops in West Michigan!

Leah is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Interior Design program. She started with us as a Design Assistant and is now rocking it in her new role. She loves all things design, including helping clients achieve their dream home to creating mood boards and space planning. Shopping is Leah’s favorite hobby and loves a good deal. When Leah isn’t at work, she enjoys nature walks, reading, shopping of course, and hanging out with friends and family!

Kathy believes in helping you reach your creative delightful self!  She is passionate about YOU feeling joy the second you walk into your home. She enjoys everything about designing and creating your gorgeous space.  Her weakness is vintage Jewelry (you may just spot her at a local estate sale!!!) She enjoys visits from all three of her children who live on the east side of Michigan and loves a relaxing evening with her husband Larry.

Bridget graduated from western Michigan university in 2011 (go broncos!) with a degree in Interior Design. She has spent the last 11 years serving West Michigan with her expertise in luxury furniture. She even calls herself a furniture nerd! To say she loves color may be an understatement. In her spare time she enjoys floating down the Muskegon river with her boyfriend Bryan and other friends and family. Bridget and Bryan just recently welcomed their son Sawyer in October, and also have a 9 year old daughter named Xia who loves color just as much as Bridget!

Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge to Delight In Designs, with over 20 years delighting customers with exceptional service and a consultative nature. Andrea will be leading the charge to ensure the clients at Delight In Designs are experiencing a great journey through their remodel/design project. Andrea has attended Oxbow in Douglass Mi to hone in on her creative side. Her professional career has gained her experience in the home improvement sector as well as managing commercial build outs. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys photography, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her 150lb pooch Bernadette.

Warren is originally from Ludington Michigan where he started building his construction knowledge at Lowes. His first job quickly turned into his career spending 11 years in various management positions within Lowe’s. He also has spent time with Meijer as a team lead, managing a team of seven. He has worked numerous residential jobs throughout West Michigan, including the basement of our own Jessica Crosby! Warren has a degree in Arts and Science and is continually working on professional development to stay ahead of trends and continue to be a master at his craft! Warren is married to Kellie and has three boys Jack, Baily, Oliver and one pooch named Angel, together they love camping, boating and four wheeling the dunes at Silver Lake.

Jerry started out in construction at the young age of 13 as “free” labor working for his father. He’s traveled the country building both commercial and residential. He can do it all, but his specialty and love is with woodworking. With 30+ years of experience, Jerry prides himself on the accuracy of his work, he may even only have to measure once! Staying a busy man, he even took on the project of building his own home in his spare time. Outside of working he enjoys spending time outdoors, motor cross, and relaxing with his fiancé.

Codie started his construction career painting for his Grandmas business at the young age of 13. He continued to build his skill working to build, install and paint custom cabinetry; from there Codie traveled nationwide building out commercial spaces such as Nike, Jeep Wagoneers, and delux office spaces. Problem solving on the spot is Codie’s specialty, he also loves the creativity that comes along with working at Delight In Designs. Codie loves playing disc golf, family time and hanging out with his fiancé Samantha and fir babies.
